WINE TOUR

Our winery, surrounded by nature among the woods, vineyards and the paddock of the Stable, is the ideal place to spend pleasant moments. Here we are pleased to welcome visitors eager to learn about our organic production methods, which begin with the care of the vineyards and continue with the choices of winemaking and aging. The result is our wines, mostly vinified in purity, according to the DOC or IGT regulations of the Maremma Toscana.

The tour starts from the large Terrace, from which the gaze is lost on the woods, the paddocks and embraces the vineyards, then you go down to enter the cellar and here you cross the wine-making room, with the tall wooden and concrete vats, the Barricaia and the packaging room. It ends, after about 1 hour, in the Wine Shop with the Wine Tasting. Here you can taste and buy our wines and our organic extra-virgin olive oil.

To complete the experience, we suggest you book the “Merenda” (snack) or the Tasting Menu.

The “Merenda” (snack) in the Wine shop, where the wine tasting is accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses typical of our Maremma, prepared by the kitchen, to which we can add savory pies and finger food for a tasty brunch or appetizing buffet dinner.

The Tasting Menu, served at the table in the Cellar or in the Villa is a three or four-course menu, designed to offer you our wines paired with the dishes of our Gourmet cuisine that enhance their qualities.

The visit, by reservation, is for both individual enthusiasts and groups. We welcome children who can also visit the Stable where our horses and our cute Birbo donkey live.

Corollo ROSE'

Corollo è il nome dell’antica via che percorre la collina del Sassone. Questa via era utilizzata per la transumanza delle mandrie che provenivano da Siena e, scendendo dal Sassone, raggiungevano nell’inverno i verdi e ricchi pascoli delle piane della Maremma.
COROLLO è il nome del Rosato, il primo fiore dei nostri vini, subito pronto in primavera, stagione da cui prende in sé i freschi profumi e le soavi fragranze. 

Il nostro Rosè è un vino dal colore intenso come i nostri tramonti. Accompagna con i suoi profumi e tanta freschezza i pranzi nel pieno sole di mezzogiorno e illumina con infinita magia gli aperitivi al tramonto, proprio quando il sole colora i nostri panorami rendendo tutti noi partecipi del momento più affascinante e intimo della giornata.

Confiente SYRAH

Maremma Toscana

Denominazione di Origine Controllata

CONFIENTE è il nome del torrente che scorre, più in basso, ai piedi della vigna di Syrah. Su un rilievo di terra rossa, che guarda il sorgere del sole, abbiamo piantato questo vitigno proveniente dalla Francia ma di probabili origini medio-orientali.

L’accurata scelta delle barbatelle, la gestione biologica, la cernita degli acini su tavolo di selezione, la vinificazione naturale e la fermentazione spontanea conducono ad un vino che rispecchia fedelmente il carattere di questo angolo interno, più settentrionale e fresco, di Maremma.

Vino Rosso corposo con intense note eleganti, si accompagna a elaborati e importanti piatti di carne. Gratifica e appaga l’appassionato di vini con personalità.
Vino particolarmente fortunato nell’abbinamento con il cioccolato fondente.
