General rules

Check-in is from 15.00 to 20.00 (22.00 if dinner has not been booked). Late check-in has a supplement of 30eu/h.
Check out is by 11.00.

We do not accept reservations for more than 3 people in the same room.
In each room it is possible to add a cot for children up to 2 years of age. The supplement is 10% of the room cost.
Pets are welcome, the supplement is 7eu/night.

Free services in the structure:

  • Parking area
  • Wifi
  • Air conditioning/heating
  • Daily room service.

In the stay, if the season allows it, the use of the swimming pool is included, which is equipped with bath towels. The bath towels are also lent to the kind guests for their excursions to the sea or to the spa.

Accepted credit cards: Visa/MasterCard.
The closing period of the structure goes from 1 January to 31 March and from 2 November to 31 December.

The restaurant

Our gourmet cuisine offers Mediterranean-style menus prepared with care and special attention to the freshness and seasonality of the products. For those who wish to stay even at noon to enjoy the whole day in the swimming pool or on the estate, it is possible to take advantage of the Lunch service.

It is possible to book for lunch and/or dinner, if not included in the stay, by reporting it to the staff during breakfast.

Prices of the daily menu proposed by the Chef per person, including water and coffee end excluding other drinks, are:

  • Mediterranean Dinner 40 € (4 courses)
  • Fish dinner 45 € (4 courses)
  • Great BBQ € 45
  • Lunch 20 € (3 courses).
Booking

We receive reservations via e-mail or directly from the site.

Reservations with ‘non-refundable’ rate

Upon confirmation, payment of 100% of the amount of the stay is required.


Reservations with other rates

A deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay is required, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The balance can be paid seven days before the start of the stay.

Cancellations
Cancellations with ‘non-refundable’ rate

Upon cancellation, the amount paid on booking confirmation will be retained entirely as a penalty.

Cancellations with other rates

For cancellations from 7 days before the start of the stay, or during the stay, 100% of the total amount will be retained.

Corollo è il nome dell’antica via che percorre la collina del Sassone. Questa via era utilizzata per la transumanza delle mandrie che provenivano da Siena e, scendendo dal Sassone, raggiungevano nell’inverno i verdi e ricchi pascoli delle piane della Maremma.
COROLLO è il nome del Rosato, il primo fiore dei nostri vini, subito pronto in primavera, stagione da cui prende in sé i freschi profumi e le soavi fragranze. 

Il nostro Rosè è un vino dal colore intenso come i nostri tramonti. Accompagna con i suoi profumi e tanta freschezza i pranzi nel pieno sole di mezzogiorno e illumina con infinita magia gli aperitivi al tramonto, proprio quando il sole colora i nostri panorami rendendo tutti noi partecipi del momento più affascinante e intimo della giornata.

Confiente SYRAH

Denominazione di Origine Controllata

CONFIENTE è il nome del torrente che scorre, più in basso, ai piedi della vigna di Syrah. Su un rilievo di terra rossa, che guarda il sorgere del sole, abbiamo piantato questo vitigno proveniente dalla Francia ma di probabili origini medio-orientali.

L’accurata scelta delle barbatelle, la gestione biologica, la cernita degli acini su tavolo di selezione, la vinificazione naturale e la fermentazione spontanea conducono ad un vino che rispecchia fedelmente il carattere di questo angolo interno, più settentrionale e fresco, di Maremma.

Vino Rosso corposo con intense note eleganti, si accompagna a elaborati e importanti piatti di carne. Gratifica e appaga l’appassionato di vini con personalità.
Vino particolarmente fortunato nell’abbinamento con il cioccolato fondente.
